What Does “Officially Licensed” Mean?
When a product on our website is described as officially licensed, it means that the product was supplied to us and is sold as genuine, officially licensed merchandise.
Sports Wreath Shop sells the physical product to the customer. We do not own the league, team, university or organization names, logos, trademarks, copyrighted designs or other intellectual property appearing on the product.
We are therefore not authorized to issue or transfer licensing rights on behalf of those organizations.
The fact that the original sign is officially licensed should not be interpreted as a statement from Sports Wreath Shop that a completed wreath made with the sign is itself an officially licensed product.
Does Permission Come With the Sign?
Sports Wreath Shop does not provide separate permission or licensing rights with the purchase of a sign.

However, sellers may have additional questions involving a product that has been combined with other materials, modified or incorporated into a newly marketed finished product.

A marketplace may remove a listing or take other action after receiving an intellectual-property complaint. Sports Wreath Shop cannot predict how a marketplace or rights owner will evaluate a particular product or listing.
