Return Policy

We accept returns, according to the following policy:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you are returning items.
  • Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery at the Buyer’s expense.
  • We will refund the cost of the item plus sales tax.
  • Initial and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be made to the same account that was used for initial payment.
  • Loyalty Rewards will be deducted for any returns.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Product Condition of Returned Items

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Ribbon must be unopened in its original cellophane wrap.
  • Deco mesh must be unopened in its original cellophane wrap.
  • Jewelry must be unopened in its original cellophane wrap.
  • Signs must not exhibit any damage or distress.
  • Wreaths must not exhibit any damage or distress.

Ribbon and Mesh With Splices

  • Ribbon and Mesh Manufacturers do not stop production lines and will splice together the fabric in the middle of a roll. The splices are definitely noticeable.
  • As we only sell unopened ribbon, we are unable to inspect ribbon and mesh rolls for splices.
  • As splicing is a common practice across all manufactures, Sports Wreath Shop does not process refunds due to spliced ribbon or mesh.
