We accept returns, according to the following policy:
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you are returning items.
- Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery at the Buyer’s expense.
- We will refund the cost of the item plus sales tax.
- Initial and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be made to the same account that was used for initial payment.
- Loyalty Rewards will be deducted for any returns.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Product Condition of Returned Items
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Ribbon must be unopened in its original cellophane wrap.
- Deco mesh must be unopened in its original cellophane wrap.
- Jewelry must be unopened in its original cellophane wrap.
- Signs must not exhibit any damage or distress.
- Wreaths must not exhibit any damage or distress.
Ribbon and Mesh With Splices
- Ribbon and Mesh Manufacturers do not stop production lines and will splice together the fabric in the middle of a roll. The splices are definitely noticeable.
- As we only sell unopened ribbon, we are unable to inspect ribbon and mesh rolls for splices.
- As splicing is a common practice across all manufactures, Sports Wreath Shop does not process refunds due to spliced ribbon or mesh.
