Sports Wreath Shop accepts returns on eligible items that meet the following conditions:

- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Products must be returned in sellable condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are not refundable
- Return shipping charges are not refundable
- We do not process exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the eligible returned items.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Items removed from their original packaging
- Products that are damaged after delivery
- Custom or personalized products
- Final sale or clearance items, if marked as final sale
- Ribbon or deco mesh rolls that have been opened or removed from their original wrap
To qualify for a refund, returned items must arrive back to us in the same condition they were received.
Ribbon, Deco Mesh, And Product Packaging Requirements
Ribbon and deco mesh must be returned unopened and in their original manufacturer packaging. Rolls that have been opened, unwrapped, used, cut, or removed from their cellophane packaging are not eligible for return.
This helps us ensure that all ribbon, mesh, and wreath supplies sold by Sports Wreath Shop remain clean, unused, and ready for the next customer.
Ribbon And Deco Mesh Splices
Ribbon and deco mesh are manufactured in large production runs, and occasional manufacturer splices may occur. Since Sports Wreath Shop sells unopened rolls, we are not able to inspect the entire roll before shipment.
Manufacturer splices are not considered product defects and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Free Shipping Orders And Returns
If your original order qualified for free shipping and your return changes the order so it no longer qualifies, the original shipping cost paid by Sports Wreath Shop may be deducted from your refund.
This applies when returned items reduce the qualifying order value below the free shipping threshold.
Exchanges
Sports Wreath Shop does not process exchanges.
If you would like a different item, color, size, style, or quantity, please place a new order for the item you would like instead. Eligible items from your original order may be returned according to the return policy above.

Returns should be securely packed to help prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Sports Wreath Shop is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
