Our Overal Return Policy
- Merchandise must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging
- Items must be shipped back within 90 days of delivery at the Buyer’s expense.
- We will refund the products current price at the time of the return.
- Initial and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be made to the same account that was used for initial payment.
- Loyalty Rewards will be deducted for any returns.
- If the value of your return exceeds $89, you will be responsible for the free shipping we paid to ship the original items.
- We do not perform exchanges – please place a new order.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
Return Policy for Product Condition
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Ribbon must be unopened in its original cellophane wrap.
- Deco mesh must be unopened in its original cellophane wrap.
- Jewelry must be unopened in its original cellophane wrap.
- Signs must be unopened and not exhibit any damage or distress.
- Wreaths must not exhibit any damage or distress.
Return Policy for Ribbon and Mesh With Splices
- Ribbon and Mesh Manufacturers do not stop production lines and will splice together the fabric in the middle of a roll. The splices are definitely noticeable.
- As we only sell unopened ribbon, we are unable to inspect ribbon and mesh rolls for splices.
- As splicing is a common practice across all manufactures, Sports Wreath Shop does not process refunds due to spliced ribbon or mesh.
Return Address
Please include your order information and sufficient packing paper in your return box. The most inexpensive way to retrun your item is in the orginal shipping box via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
