At customer checkout, we accept the following methods of payment:

  • PayPal
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • American Express
  • Discover

Order Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations.  Please notify us of any problems and we will do our best to urgently resolve the matter.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us!  We accept returns, according to the following policy:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • We will specify a return address or local pick up location
  • Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery at the Buyer’s expense
  • We will refund the cost of the item only and sales tax
  • Initial and return shipping charges will not be refunded
  • Refunds will be made to the same account that was used for initial payment

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
