We Ship to the United States, 48 States

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or any US Protectorates. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates are merely averages provided by USPS or UPS and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary, especially during the holiday season or emergencies, such as incliment weather and national events. Currently, USPS and UPS state on their websites that packages are taking longer to arrive than usual due to COVID-19.


Tracking Your Package

Customers will receive email notifications regarding shipping status with tracking information. If you do not receive an email notification, please:

  • Check your email junk/trash folder, or
  • Log-in to “My Account” and click “Orders” to check the status.

Shipping Issues

  • USPS/UPS – “In Transit, Arriving Late”: The fastest way to address this issue is to file a Where is my package” email service request. USPS states they will reply within 1-3 business days. Unfortunately, we have no additional information than that provided by USPS on their tracking website. Please note that Sports Wreath Shop will not refund nor replace orders that are delayed in transit by USPS/UPS. Packages that have been in transit after 30 days will be considered lost and will be fully refunded by Sports Wreath Shop.

  • USPS/UPS – “Delivered”, But Customer Can’t Find Package: If the tracking history shows that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact your local post office or local UPS office for assistance. They may have additional information to help locate the package. If you are still unable to locate your “delivered” package, you can file a claim with your credit card company or contact your police department to report a stolen package. Please note that Sports Wreath Shop will not refund nor replace orders that have a status of “Delivered”.

  • USPS/UPS – Package officially declared “LOST” by USPS/UPS: If USPS/UPS state via email to Sports Wreath Shop that they have lost your package due to their error, Sports Wreath Shop will refund the entire order.

Packages Returned to Sports Wreath Shop

If your package is returned to Sports Wreath Shop due to you providing an incorrect/insufficent mailing address, we will refund the cost of the product only if returned in saleable condition. Shipping cost will not be refunded.


Free Shipping

  • FREE standard shipping on all orders where the “Subtotal” cart amount is $75+, 48 states only.
  • Expedited shipping upgrade available for additional charge.
  • No coupon code is needed. Free shipping will automatically be applied when conditions are met.
  • Shipping method is USPS Parcel Select Ground or UPS Ground, which ever is cheaper – selected by Sports Wreath Shop.
  • If returns are made that put your original order below the required $75, your refund will be for products returned less the shipping cost.
